3AK
A sprinting and track app with AI form analysis from video, training plans, nutrition tracking and an AI coach.
What it is
College sprinters Christian Rac and Braylin Byrd built 3AK for the track audience they had already grown on Instagram, and price it for young athletes ($10 a month or $30 a year).
How it was built with AI
Rork says the whole app was built in Rork with zero coding experience; on Starter Story the founders said they talk to it "like ChatGPT" to build the UI and use Claude and Claude Code to debug and verify.
Traction
Self-reportedAbout $20K a month and $70,000 in revenue in its first six months, per the founders
