Backchannel
A two-week guided job search that gets you to hiring managers through warm intros instead of cold applications.
What it is
Backchannel walks job seekers through seven step-by-step sessions with scripts and action items for reaching hiring managers directly. It was made by Mindaugas Petrutis, a former recruiter and design-community builder who also runs the peer-group platform Coho.
How it was built with AI
Petrutis had no coding background and built Backchannel with Lovable; per Lovable's story, the first person he showed a demo of the MVP asked to pay, and it gained paying users within days.
